Learning and Assigning New Moves
Working hard on the combat system! This week, I managed to complete the dojo. You can now enter the dojo interior, and inside you will see the scroll seller and the karate master. Each has a different use.
The scroll seller sells moves you have not learned yet. As you rank up, new moves will become available for sale. Once you buy a move, you can assign it to any dragon you own.
The karate master allows you to assign moves. You can assign up to 20 moves, from a list of moves you have purchased from the scroll seller. The assign menu will also show you where each move can be cast from, and whether the move is a status move, and accuracy move, or a strength move. Looking at it now, I also need to show the stamina and base damage of the move.
I also added a bit of polish to the title screen. It will now show a little "Made by Rekkeld" intro, and a demo disclaimer before fading to the title screen. Finally, I changed the title art to something a bit cleaner. Before it was an ugly brown and green with single pixels here and there. This new title better fits the game aesthetic and is easier to read.
