The first trailer of Dragon Creek!

Woohoo! The battle system is looking good enough that I can put it in a trailer. Since this is the last system before I start on polish, I went ahead and made a nice trailer showing all the systems. There were a lot. Feeding, cleaning, petting, the saddle system, all the minigames... Wow we have come a long way.

The battle system still needs a few tweaks, I need to get all the sounds and music working properly, and it wouldnt hurt to add some tutorials and events. I also need to spend a good amount of time making ALL of the dragon breeds, and adding some much needed polish to the current dragon sprites. Nevertheless, the finish line is in sight, and I'm excited.

I spent most of this week animating all the moves. I purchased Pixelfx and I'm glad I did. It has saved me so much time in making simple attack animations. There are some animations that I need to do by hand, but things like firebreath, lightning, and tornado, can be done with particle effects.

I also managed to get the moves to target the correct tiles, animated all the saddles, and created outfits for all the enemy riders in game. A lot of filling out massive lists. There are 4 unique riders for every rank at every season, so in total there are 96 riders. I'll need to create a list of every enemy rider's movesets as well as their AI strategies this coming week.

There were some small visual bugs I discovered when getting all the animations made. If you opened a building door and then mounted your dragon, and you would end up pulling your dragon inside the building.
